Where do One One Thousand's pieces come from?

All of One One Thousand's pieces are sourced secondhand - from estate sales, thrift stores, marketplaces, or even the curb. They're all cleaned up, hand-refinished, and made like new!

What shipping carrier do you use?

At the moment, we use whichever carrier will result in the cheapest reliable shipping for our customers. For smaller items, that usually means FedEx. Mid-size items are shipped using FedEx or UPS, and very large items require UShip, a shipping marketplace.

I want to buy a piece that's too big to ship via UPS/Fedex- what will shipping look like?

Thanks for your interest! If you want to buy one of our large items, reach out to us using the Contact page and we'll process your order. We'll post the item (with your shipping destination) on a shipping marketplace called UShip for bids. We will decide on a bid based on low price and shipper ratings, and get the item to you asap!

How long will shipping take?

This largely depends on item size - shipping with FedEx and UPS should take no more than 5 days, while larger items with UShip may take a couple of weeks (to choose a bid, set pickup times, etc.). Please keep in mind we are a small business, so minor shipping delays are possible!

Can I track my shipment?

Once we've shipped your item, we will send your tracking information via email.

Do you allow returns?

All sales from One One Thousand Studio are final, and once an item is shipped, you should not expect to return it. We can cancel orders pre-shipping if necessary.

What if my piece is broken or damaged, or not what I expected?

If this occurs, please reach out to us via the Contact page! We want to make sure you're happy with your One One Thousand piece, and will do what we can to make things right. Because shipping/returning scams are very common we will ask for photos in a discussion of this kind. Thank you for your understanding!
